Rebecca Snelling coaches a variety of people, teams, and organizations on Leadership and Lean Transformation. She started in the construction industry in 1996 and has spent the last fifteen years applying Lean principles in various organizations and project types. This includes working with owners, architects, contractors, engineers, and Integrated Lean Project Delivery teams, leading strategic planning sessions, and implementing various other Lean practices.
Rebecca has developed and delivered training materials, written white papers on various Lean Construction applications, and contributed to a number of industry books. She speaks at various industry events across the US and abroad. Rebecca is the Chair of the LCI Board of Directors and sits on the board for the Center for Innovation.
